The Challenge
EisnerAmper sought to modernize the client experience around tax, audit, advisory, and outsourcing.
Despite strong growth and a commitment to technology enablement, the firm faced challenges common to large professional services organizations.
Before HubSync, engagement letters required coordination across several administrative teams and systems. Each step involved manual inputs, leading to inefficiencies and inconsistent data flow.

Looking Ahead
The firm is now expanding adoption of HubSync’s client-facing modules, including the Gateway portal and PBC List, which will fully replace its legacy portal. EisnerAmper’s team describes these tools as clean, intuitive, and low-maintenance, and expects them to play a central role in enhancing client experience during the next busy season.
The team also plans to leverage HubSync’s Last Mile Automation capabilities to simplify and accelerate workflow updates ahead of the next busy season.
