A group of veteran tax professionals, with the passion to modernize accounting technology.
After 20+ years driving technology innovation & investment at Deloitte and KPMG, John launched a tax technology consultancy to develop next-generation solutions to modernize standard tax preparation processes. John then launched HubSync with the goal of changing how tax professionals work and how clients interact with CPA firms.
Prior to HubSync, John was the Partner-in-Charge of Tax Technology at Deloitte developing sophisticated Tax applications and platforms. He managed a team of technologists using the latest software engineering techniques and architectures to deliver business value and drive digital transformation. John started his career at KPMG where he was the Global Chief Information Officer and managed a technology team of over 250 professionals along with over 300+ vendor resources.
John loves a pour over coffee, his Havapoo Winnie, the UNC Tar Heels, and working out in his tricked out home gym.
John has a BSBA and Masters of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Paul brings 30+ years of Software and Operational experience to HubSync. He has held C-Level roles in some of the largest companies in the Global 100, including President, AIG Technologies where he was responsible for Global Software and Technology Delivery for AIG’s 400+ operating units supporting 100,000+ Employees in 130+ countries; and COO of Siemens Business Services supporting technology deployment for over 1M+ end users in the Fortune 100 Marketplace.
Paul has also been President of two Software Product Engineering firms, bringing leading edge platforms to market for numerous household names in various industries. While North American GM for UST Global, Paul collaborated with John McGowan, when he was Global CIO at KPMG. In a span of 6+ years together they built a best-in-class Global Development center for KPMG with 150+ team members. Paul jumped at the chance to work with John in creating HubSync, believing his vision for an all-in-one digital, customer-centric platform would bring seismic transformational change to the Professional Services industry.
Paul is a professional "girl-dad" having raised 4 daughters. He and his wife spend their time traveling to maximize their time with all of them. HIs spare time is spent in search of a sub-par golf round and his lifelong dream was recently fulfilled when a Dunkin' Donuts opened 600 feet from his house. HubSync runs on Dunkin'.

Betsy has over 25 years experience in the tax & accounting industry, starting her career at KPMG in the State & Local Tax Practice.
As Senior Manager in the Washington DC National office, she overaw the development of many technology tools built for the entire US tax practice. Next at CCH, she was the Director in Charge of Innovation for North America. She is also the owner of sculp'd+, a pilates & wellness studio in Old Town Alexandria, VA.
Betsy is the owner and CEO of sculp'd+, a pilates and wellness studio in Alexandria, VA. She is also a huge Taylor Swift fan - “a Swifty over 50”, loves taking the whole family on fun vacations and handing the HubSync CEO his honey-do list over his morning coffee.
Betsy has a BA in Finance/Political Science from Penn State University and a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University.
Jason has spent the last decade working with accounting firms to solve their business gaps through technology. At his previous company, he designed a file sharing and e-signature platform that is now be used by over 1500 firms. He has extensive experience with products related to file sharing, e-signature, practice management, and automation.
You can find Jason playing golf on his simulator with his son Reed, being pulled around the neighborhood by his Great Dane, Gus, or working out in his home gym.

Shpetim is a highly experienced and forward-looking Software Engineer with 15+ years background in creating and executing innovative software solutions. He is experienced in all aspects of the software development lifecycles, from concept, architecture, development, and delivery. He has worked closely with AWS, Google Cloud, Ali Baba Cloud and Packet and has joined HubSync on their mission to revolutionize tax industry

Tiffany brings over 9 years of technology experience in the accounting and tax industry to HubSync. She was previously a business application manager for Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C. where she led many firm-wide technology efforts.
As of recent, Tiffany was a lead technology product manager for Wolters Kluwer. In her role, she was dedicated to the needs and priorities of large firms for tax technology.Tiffany serves as a senior product manager at HubSync, helping to define requirements and build out new capabilities in the platform.
Tiffany currently lives in Dubuque, IA with her family. You can often find her cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, catching a country concert, or more often than not, relaxing at home with the fam and her two fur babies, Frankie (French Bulldog), and Eleanor (English Mastiff) and binge watching Game of Thrones (again).
Tiffany is a graduate from the University of Iowa with a BA in Communication Studies. In addition, she is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a certified Technical Product Manager.
Over her nearly 6 years consulting career, Sarah has worked with a variety of federal government clients, including the Department of Defense and most recently Department of State in International Security and Nonproliferation, Technology Division (ISN/TD).
Sarah has had many diverse roles to build her depth of experience. Her roles primarily focused on creating and building teams that are optimized to deliver fast, improving internal and external processes to align with best practices, providing tactical guidance and solutions for business change, and coordinating with Directors, Chief of Staff, and major stakeholders to ensure our bureau was strategically aligned.
Sarah is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Operations Management and Information Systems Management. Sarah is Certified Scrum Product Owner and ITIL Certified
With over six years of experience in product management, Davis Moore brings a wealth of expertise to HubSync. Before joining HubSync, Davis served as a Senior Product Owner at S&P Global, where he led the delivery of custom fintech solutions for major financial institutions. His background includes extensive work in backlog management, requirements writing, road mapping, sprint strategy, and prioritization.
As a Senior Product Manager at HubSync, Davis focuses on building and expanding platform capabilities to meet the evolving needs of users. His commitment to driving product innovation is a key asset to the team.
Davis lives in Denver, CO with his wife and their cat, Shady. Outside of work, you can find him hiking in the Rockies or obsessing over college football and basketball.

August has spent the last 7 years in Customer Success Management for SaaS companies including time with an industry leading EdTech company. He has extensive experience managing the entire customer journey to include onboarding, implementation, success planning, and renewals. In these roles, August served as a consultative thought-partner for his clients helping to drive success and achieve their desired outcomes.
In his spare time, you can find August spending time with his family on their hobby farm or enjoying a game of pickup basketball at the local gym.

Kallie brings a unique blend of experience in social work and executive support to her role as Executive Assistant and Operations Lead. She has spent most of her career dedicated to helping foster children find per manency, providing vital support and guidance to families navigating the court system. Kallie then transitioned to the corporate world, where she supported multiple executives at Marriott providing invaluable assistance to their sales and marketing initiatives. Most recently, she served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a large nonprofit in New York, where she honed her skills in operations and strategic support.
Outside of work, Kallie enjoys puzzles, live music, and time outdoors with her young children and black lab, Critter.

Winnie happily bounces into the HubSync offices daily with the sole purpose of stealing treats, sitting on laps for more treats, and rolling over for belly rubs for even more treats. She continues to outgrow her collars but hey, happy dog, happy life.
Winnie continues to wait on her degree from Olde Towne School for Dogs
