The interaction with the HubSync Team has been the most surprising. They listen to our challenges and partner with us on solutions. When we make recommendations they have a good conversation about it, ask questions to dig in, and then help us customize the system to support the client and employee experiences we want to provide. They also focus with us on our future vision and thinking about how we want to perform work in the future.
The HubSync platform brought automation and better visibility into our workflow and data. This supported a complete reimagination of a variety of processes, for example our Assembly and E-file processes. Implementing HubSync and reimagining our processes enabled us to drastically reduce overtime and eliminate temps in both e-file and assembly, resulting in savings while creating a better experience for our client service teams.
Our Partners felt they spent much less time chasing signed e-file forms and Engagement Letters and had better visibility into tax return status (such as e-file status) thanks to HubSync. Many said they were finished with their e-filings much earlier than in past seasons and that HubSync saved about 50% of the effort in these areas, reducing stress.
