As the 2023/2024 tax season approached, CRI wanted to increase consistency
across offices and improve processes for automation, standardization and insights for all of their services offered. Seeking to modernize and lead the way in transforming their firm, CRI pursued a solution to centralize tasks, automate processes, and seamlessly track progress making decisive choices to ensure

CRI tax leadership was quick to recognize the power of the HubSync platform and decisively chose to jump all in. From signed contract in November 2023 to full roll out in January 2024, both firms worked closely to integrate HubSync key modules first – Engagement Letter Wizard, Tax Organizer and 8879 - for a successful 2023 tax season kick off by automating the beginning of the tax gathering requirements.
