To do lists: I've tried every task management tool out there - Any.do, Remember the Milk, Trello, but I always come back to Todoist as my go to tool. I find that I really do achieve more every day when I am organized, I have thoughtfully written down my important tasks and what I need to achieve is very clear and focused. Todoist has an Outlook plug-in, Browser extensions, mobile apps and an awesome Apple Watch app that makes it easy to get tasks out of your head quickly. I also pair Todoist with a Rocketbook Panda Planner to write down and organize my monthly and weekly goals. Check out this Todoist, you won't regret it.
Note taking: I've also tested most of the note taking apps available such as Bear, Notability, OneNote, Craft, Notion, Apple Notes and Google Keep but have stuck with Evernote as my primary note taking tool. It is also my "second brain" where I can easily clip web pages, receipts and collaborate with my virtual assistant. It has amazing search and OCR capability and is available everywhere - Mail Clients, Browsers, Mobile, Web and Desktop.
Engagement Letter Wizard - Call me biased but HubSync's Engagement Letter Wizard Tool is the top productivity tool out there. The days of sending snail mail, waiting days (weeks) to get a hard copy letter, and having no way of tracking these documents are done.
